Qanum testnet telemetry: public files

Recorded on a testnet seed node with read-only RPC calls every 5 minutes
and published once a day. Only complete UTC days are published (up to
yesterday). Testnet coins have no value.

The full 5-minute snapshots and the detail of every stale tip and reorg
are not published here. Research partners can ask for them at
partnerships@qanum.org.

Representativeness: at the moment the two seed nodes do most or all of
the mining, so stale-block and reorg counts are not representative of a
larger network.
